JOB PURPOSE
The Sales Leader is responsible for achieving sales revenue and margin for the sales team and contribute to the organic growth of the organization.
The Sales Leader primary oversees the sales team and assists the Customer Development Managers with sales strategy development and implementation. This includes developing sales plans that ensure the growth at current customers and expand the customer base.
In addition, the Sales Leader is personally involved in the close follow up of the Key Accounts.
