We are seeking a results-driven Sales Leader to guide a high-performing team in the North American Broadband and Telecommunications market. This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute commercial strategies that drive profitable growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships. You will lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance, while coordinating cross-functional initiatives to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic sales planning, B2B account management, and team leadership. This is a highly visible role with significant impact on revenue, market positioning, and long-term customer value. \n Accountabilitie Own and deliver on a defined set of sales targets, ensuring sustained growth and exceeding revenue goals. Lead and develop a high-performance sales organization, managing both existing accounts and new business opportunities. Strategically plan and execute commercial plans, identifying growth opportunities and driving profitability. Implement programs to optimize performance, including account reviews, sales processes, team design, and performance management. Monitor and report business performance using organizational tools and methodologies. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key market influencers. Drive business development initiatives, including new market identification, product introduction, and contract negotiations. Coach and guide account teams to execute account plans effectively and communicate organizational vision and goals. Requirements: Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience. Proven track record of sustained sales growth in existing and new markets. Experience developing and executing strategic sales growth plans. Leadership experience managing medium-sized teams in B2B organizations. Ability to operate successfully in a matrixed environment and manage through organizational change. Experience assessing sales team performance and implementing development plans. Proficiency with sales processes and tools, including CRM and funnel management. Technical aptitude to understand and communicate solutions within broadband or related platforms. Strong communication and presentation skills, adaptability, proactivity, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
