Requirements What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field 3+ years of successful outside sales experience (legal/healthcare preferred) Proven track record of building trusted B2B relationships Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills High energy, self-motivation, and a purpose-driven mindset CRM fluency (Experience with ESP or similar systems required) Reliable transportation for local travel to meet with law firms Why Join Synergy?
