We’re expanding our national sales team and looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager in Houston who brings energy, ownership, and a genuine drive to win. Requirements What You’ll Do Build and grow strategic relationships with trial attorneys and law firms across the Dallas market Drive new business through outreach, networking, and consistent pipeline development Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and ongoing partnership growth Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate Synergy’s value Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional client experience What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field 3+ years of outside sales experience (legal or healthcare preferred) Strong track record of building and growing B2B relationships Demonstrated success in cold calling and pipeline generation Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills High energy, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset CRM proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics or similar required) Reliable transportation for local travel to meet with clients Why Join Synergy?
