PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES * Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (a “people person") * A strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced customer orientated environment * Excellent communication skills * Honest and trustworthy * Team player * Self-starter RESPONSIBILITIES * Determine customer wants/needs and budget in order to discuss vehicle options * Complete quotes and explain financing/leasing options for New and Used vehicles * Follow up with prospective customers by returning emails/voicemails * Maintain ongoing relationships with potential and existing customers * Follow up with customers to confirm their satisfaction, generate leads * Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCESSFUL * Valid Class 5 or N Driver's license * Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience is an asset * Professional appearance, verbal/written communication and presentation skills * Basic computer, email and internet proficiency Join us and make your mark in an environment that rewards hard work, loyalty, and dedication.
