JOB SUMMARY:

As an Sales - Leasing Consultant at Kia of Lynchburg, you will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect vehicle that suits their needs, guiding them through the sales process, and providing an exceptional buying experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
