We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Leasing Executive to manage residential and commercial transactions while building strong client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Min 2-3 years’ experience in sales and/or leasing within the UAE real estate market
• Strong understanding of Dubai real estate laws and RERA guidelines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proficient in CRM systems, property portals, and MS Office
• RERA Certification preferred
• Valid UAE driving license

• Handle property sales and leasing inquiries
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and close deals
• Prepare necessary documentation
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and Dubai property laws
• Maintain regular contact with landlords, tenants, and buyers to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop property listings and promotional material
• Provide accurate market analysis and pricing advice.
