Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about finance? We’re looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join our busy and friendly finance team, supporting the managed side of our business—including hotels, deposits, Dark Kitchens, third-party bookings, and gift experiences.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of sales ledgers across multiple sites, ensure payments are processed accurately, reconcile accounts, and provide top-notch support to both internal teams and external partners. If you’re looking for a fast-paced role with real impact—this is it!

The Solihull Pub Support Team offices are light and airy offices in Shirley, Solihull, where you will be greeted by our Welcome Team. We have free onsite secure parking with EV charging and cycle storage, a subsidised canteen serving breakfast and lunch, as well as an onsite pub used for social events.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining accurate sales ledgers for a range of sites
  • Allocating incoming payments and resolving mischarges or discrepancies
  • Carrying out credit control activities to recover outstanding debt
  • Supporting month-end processes, including ledger reconciliation and reporting
  • Collaborating closely with site teams, audit, sales, and other support departments
  • Raising invoices, monitoring overdue accounts, and chasing payments
  • Ensuring cash and EPOS transactions are properly reconciled
