Location: Somerset (TA3) – Regular travel to Taunton office required
Hours: Full-time (09.00-17.00 – Mon-Fri)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in a sales ledger or credit control role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Good understanding of accounting software and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Team player with a proactive and professional approach
Responsibilities
  • Raising accurate and timely sales invoices
  • Allocating customer receipts and reconciling accounts
  • Monitoring debt levels and proactively chasing overdue payments
  • Handling customer queries and resolving discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales ledger records
  • Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting
  • Supporting the wider finance function as needed
