REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a sales ledger, accounts or finance role
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Great organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other systems i.e Sage is a bonus
  • AAT Qualifications beneficial, but full support will be given for the right candidate
Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly
  • Process invoices and credit notes efficiently
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address queries and ensure payments are made on time
  • Assist with debt collection and reporting on outstanding balances
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies
