Responsibilities
  • Preparing and issuing invoices, working with the sales team to ensure correct pricing
  • Invoice management – maintaining and updating the systems
  • Customer account management – resolving invoice-related queries, sending out account statements and payment reminders
  • Assisting the Credit Controller with the timely collection of outstanding payments
  • Reconciliations of invoice discrepancies and support month and year-end activities
