Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Sales Ledger to join a Northallerton based business. You will be responsible for accurately recording sales transactions, issuing invoices, reconciling customer accounts, and supporting the wider finance team with accounts receivable functions. This is a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations and cash flow.

Responsibilities
  • Handling day-to-day sales ledger duties (excluding credit control) to ensure accuracy and up-to-date records
  • Reviewing, processing, and issuing credit notes across the ledger
  • Providing customers with copy invoices, statements, and credit notes as required
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
  • Supporting wider finance functions with administrative tasks when required
