JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Lettings Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales and lettings and ensuring smooth communication between clients and departments. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience essential.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a sales environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach to work with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities
  • Assist and oversee the negotiator in daily administrative tasks, including preparing reports and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain an organised record and filing system for all documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in order processing as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure seamless operations.
