Role Overview: As a Sales Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers from order placement to delivery. Your role involves effective communication with clients, the sales organization, and the production department to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Order Management: Receive, schedule, and follow up on orders for products and parts manufactured in Brugge. Ensure delivery promises are met based on production capabilities.
  • Logistics Coordination: Organize appropriate transport for deliveries from Brugge. Ensure customers and shipping departments have all necessary information.
  • Customer Communication: Keep customers informed about potential delays and arrange air transport if needed. Maintain and update customer forecasts.
  • Payment Follow-Up: Monitor payments from cash in advance and letter of credit customers, adjusting planning as necessary.
  • Price Administration: Enter and maintain sales prices to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Internal and External Communication: Foster strong relationships with sales offices, sales representatives, and other departments to support customer interactions.
