Description

We have an exciting vacancy for a Sales Liaison Assistant with an ELITE Jewellery company based in Mayfair, London. The Sales Liaison team provides outstanding support to all retail regions of the business, which includes but is not limited to the following:
Daily product enquiries, special-orders and VIP quotations, aftersales management & stock support for events and store openings. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail, and will be working closely with a variety of teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Daily client product enquiries
  • Processing & managing global retail aftersales of jewellery and watches
  • Administrative tasks including departmental organising & filing
  • Assisting with reporting (Monthly report on client enquiries, repair report etc)
  • Aftersales documentation (certificates/valuations etc)

Skills:

  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Prioritisation of own work load and ability to adapt to urgent requests.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Jewellery knowledge a plus, but not essential.
  • Strong excel and Microsoft office skills.
  • Deal with e-mail/telephone enquiries on a timely basis.
