• Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will identify and qualify prospective partners, clients, and member organizations within the hospitality sector, and conduct outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The role includes presenting association services and programs, preparing basic proposals or membership packages, and maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities in a CRM or tracking system. The Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, gather market feedback, and contribute to sales strategies, while meeting agreed-upon activity and revenue targets. The role also involves building long-term relationships, providing excellent service to stakeholders, and representing the association in a professional and culturally appropriate manner.QualificationsSales and client relationship skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, such as clear spoken and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus), presentation skills, and active listening.
• Organizational and administrative skills, including time management, basic CRM usage, documentation, and remote work discipline.
• Understanding of or interest in hospitality, tourism, or service industries, especially within Saudi Arabia and Vision 2030 initiatives.
• Ability to work independently, meet part-time targets, and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Basic digital literacy, including email, online meeting tools, and office productivity applications.
• Ethical conduct, professionalism, and a strong commitment to representing Saudi hospitality values.
