As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support and strengthen our sales and logistics operations. Position Overview The Sales & Logistics Operator supports day-to-day sales and logistics operations, including order processing, system data entry, EDI/system operations, inventory monitoring, and shipment coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or early-career professional who is eager to learn wholesale and retail operations in a structured, hands-on environment. Prior experience is not required; training will be provided. Order Processing & Management Receive and process customer purchase orders Enter and update order information in internal systems Manage shipment and delivery schedules Validate order-related EDI data and perform test transmissions 2. Inventory & Shipment Management Coordinate with the logistics team to monitor inventory levels Assist with shipment planning and adjustments Support logistics operations related to sales promotions and campaigns 3. Data & Reporting Create and maintain internal reports related to sales, inventory, and order status 4. Partner Communication Communicate with retail partners and internal sales teams to support requests Assist in identifying and coordinating resolutions for EDI or ERP-related issues 5.
