  • Role Description The Sales Logistics Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This position is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end logistics of promotional merchandise and POS materials, including order processing, shipment planning, and delivery tracking. The specialist will work closely with the sales team to translate client requirements into accurate logistics plans, prepare quotations, and support timely execution of projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing relationships with freight forwarders and other logistics providers, ensuring documentation accuracy, and optimizing costs and timelines. The role also involves handling customer inquiries related to deliveries, resolving issues, and maintaining clear internal and external communication to support smooth operations.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client expectations and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess Sales skills to support the sales team in preparing proposals, pricing, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle shipment planning, documentation, inventory coordination, and delivery tracking.
  • Candidates should possess Freight Forwarding knowledge to liaise with shipping partners, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with international transport regulations.
  • Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations within marketing, retail, or promotional merchandise sectors is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and basic ERP or logistics management systems.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage.
