SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid Ontario Driver’s License.
  • A clean driver abstract.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong aptitude for numbers, dealership vehicle practices and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with regular vehicle check-in/check-out policies and paperwork with customers as directed
  • Responsible to maintain a clean and fueled fleet of vehicles.
  • Assist with paperwork, filing, and administrative duties.
  • Assist with fuel summary submission to accounting department.

· · Build and maintain working relationships with Sales, and Service staff.

  • Advise of any damage to fleet vehicles to the General Sales Manager.
  • Always exemplify the core values with a lead by example approach and demonstrate professional and courteous behaviour.
  • Champion the overall customer service levels of the branch and act as required to rectify any concerns that arise.
  • Read and review all corporate policies and procedures and updates.
  • Helps customers transfer any personal belongings to mobility fleet vehicles and back again.
  • Ensure vehicles are positioned in assigned spots in lot daily.
  • Provide regular mileage updates for all internal fleet vehicles to the General Sales Manager.
  • Responsible for regular vehicle audits and accounting for each vehicle.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment.
