QUALIFICATIONS

• Background in Interior Design, Drafting, Landscape Design, or related field (certificate/diploma an asset)
• Sales experience an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and in a small team
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and meet with prospective buyers
• Present available lots, highlight features, and close sales
• Work with buyers on:
• RV placement
• Garage location & floor plan design
• Landscaping
• Underground utilities & infrastructure planning
• Maintain accurate lot plans and client records
• Work on-site Thursday–Monday (Tues & Wed off)
• Participate in Open House events on long weekends
