QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Recommended 1-2 years of direct work experience in automotive sales
• Direct work experience on Debt Collections/Client Retention/Remote Sales (Contact Centre) is recommended
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects while maintaining established departmental quotas.
• Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Valid OMVIC registration, a plus.
