Responsibilities: * Execute business development strategy, market expansion strategy, and annual business plans within the Business Banking sector. * Develop feasible client outreach for Business Banking RM * Measure effectiveness of strategies in achieving business target and KPIs. * Enhance cross-border and local customer management, from customer acquisition, cross-selling to upselling strategies * Communicate and coordinate within bank and with parent company on business implementation in Business Banking segment * Monitor business progress, prepare data analysis, outreach summary, and report materials on a regular/ad hoc basis. * Research and analyze regional policies and market dynamics to formulate business strategies and outreach plans in conjunction with existing circumstances. Requirements: * Diploma or above with major in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related discipline. * Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in financial services, * Sound knowledge in business banking sector, banking operation, risk management and business practices * Possess a strong sense of awareness to people, able to identify bottlenecks and motivate team * Familiar with banking operations and related policies, laws and regulatory requirements. * Excellent communications and presentation skills with good command of Chinese in both spoken and written including Mandarin
