Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Sales & Management Trainer to join our Dealer Development Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The Sales & Management Trainer is a member of the Management & Sales Training that is responsible for developing dealer sales frontliners by providing product knowledge, building sales skills, creating reference materials, and supporting various Toyota marketing and sales programs. Your role and responsibilities: Conduct training needs analysis for both product and sales skills Continuously update training materials to keep content accurate and relevant Handle administrative tasks related to training and marketing programs Conduct dealer Genba visits to understand customer situations and dealership needs Organize and facilitate local Product Marketing Workshop prior to introductions Localization of Product Information Guide (from Regional) to be aligned with locally introduced model Facilitate certification exams for dealers Support other Marketing Activities Our perfect match: You have a Bachelors degree in Marketing Management Willing to report at TMP Main Office, Sta. Rosa, Laguna Willing to travel locally and internationally, and able to work extended hours when required. Background in sales is an advantage Has basic knowledge in Automotive Has pleasing personality & confident Tenacious team player with Sales, Marketing & Customer First mindset You are capable of obtaining information and identifying key issues and relationships relevant to achieving a long-range goal or vision; committing to a course of action to accomplish a long-range goal or vision after developing alternatives based on logical assumptions, facts, available resources, constraints and organizational values. You have achieved a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas and are keeping up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise.
