We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our 503B pharmacy outsourcing and Telehealth market sales efforts. This role will involve overseeing a team of Business Development Managers who are responsible for driving new business and managing client accounts, as well as managing Business Support team members who assist with sales support and customer service-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the 503B pharmacy outsourcing market and a working knowledge of the Telehealth space.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Five (5) to Seven (7) years’ of experience in sales management, with at least three (3) years of direct experience in the 503B pharmacy outsourcing market. A strong understanding of the Telehealth space is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating sales teams, driving business growth, and delivering on sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of the 503B pharmacy outsourcing market, including regulations, market dynamics, and key players. Familiarity with Telehealth technologies, regulations, and market trends is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executives, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus.).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
