800CarGuru is looking for a proven sales leader who can take ownership of ONE automotive revenue division and generate AED 3,000,000+ in monthly sales.

This is NOT a general Sales Manager position.

We provide the customers, leads, infrastructure and operational support.

You build and manage the team that converts those opportunities into AED 3M+ monthly revenue.

POSSIBLE DIVISIONS

SERVICE ADVISOR / WORKSHOP SALES

• Approx. 1,000 vehicles per month
• Manage the Service Advisor sales team
• Target: AED 3M+ monthly sales

CALL CENTER – CAR SERVICE LEADS

• Approx. 3,000 qualified service leads per month
• Build and manage the conversion team
• Target: AED 3M+ monthly sales
