• Together with the managing director, you will assume overall responsibility for the strategic development of the company, i.e. you will be responsible for: national and international sales, marketing, development and production.
• They are responsible for the commercial department, the organization and the administration in its entirety.
• They analyze market and competitive developments, identify new growth opportunities, and translate these into concrete strategies.
• You lead and develop your entire team of specialists, engineers and technical professionals with a modern, results-oriented leadership style.
• You will be accompanied by the business owner, who will transfer full responsibility for the company to you after a certain period of time; either as managing director or as future owner.
