Proactively identify and secure new business across corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and leisure segments. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry forums. Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners. Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements in line with hotel policies. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. Work closely with Revenue Management to ensure pricing strategies are competitive and aligned with market demand. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports. Liaise with Reservations, Front Office, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate with the Events/Conference team to ensure successful execution of group bookings and functions. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hotel sales. Strong understanding of the local and international hospitality market. Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
