Proactively solicit corporate, MICE, travel agents, wholesalers, luxury operators, and government accounts. Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets, room nights, and market share goals. Conduct sales calls, client presentations, site inspections, and business trips locally and overseas. Account Management Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners. Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements in line with hotel revenue strategy. Prepare account plans and business reviews for major clients. Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business through consistent follow-up and service excellence. Revenue & Strategy Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within Chinese-speaking segments. Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and inventory strategies. Provide accurate sales forecasts and monthly performance reports. Contribute to annual budget preparation and sales action plans. Collaboration Coordinate closely with Reservations, Front Office, Events, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experience. Support group movements, VIP arrivals, and special requests for assigned accounts. Work collaboratively with regional and brand sales teams within the Accor/Raffles network. Administration Maintain accurate records of accounts, activities, and pipelines in the CRM system. Prepare proposals, contracts, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in luxury or upscale hospitality. Proven track record in handling Chinese-speaking markets or international segments. Strong network with Chinese travel agents, corporations, or MICE organizers is highly preferred. Experience with Accor systems or similar hotel platforms is an advantage.
