Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with clients in this vibrant market. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to optimise their performance Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Create detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management Organise and participate in sales meetings, presentations, and industry events Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt issue resolution Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and promotional materials Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 3-5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Excellent organisational and time management skills Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving skills Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Familiarity with the local market and business culture in Phu Quoc or Vietnam is advantageous Additional Information What awaits you...
