Qualio is seeking a Sales Manager who will lead and coach a high performing team of Account Executives. This role is a frontline sales management position to enable and coach Account Executives. What will I be doing? Be a mentor, leader, and coach for your team – driving revenue results and helping them realize their full potential. Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable to performance expectations. Coach your sales team by directly participating in client meetings, creating and executing account strategies to drive deals forward efficiently and reporting on pipeline. Our customers are often quality managers and work in the life-sciences space. You must love taking a consultative sales approach with many different personas. Influencing cross-functionally at the leadership level Scaling your impact and influencing strategic decisions through cross-functional partnership. Influencing at the leadership level. Forecasting team pipeline and delivering on quarterly objectives.
