YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, as well as internally (Business, R&D, Manufacturing).
  • Negotiation and organizational skills. Business & engineering background with strong willingness to do sales.
  • Knowledge of polymer chemistry and stron willigness to learn about it, good understanding of technical and polymer processing.
  • Good communication skills, ability to create contacts, dynamism Fluent language in German, English .

Responsibilities
  • Account Manager Fluoropolymer for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Benelux customers.
  • Leading sales in the area for following market segments: Battery, Coating & Architectural coating, Membrane, Chemical Processing Industry (partially only together with Senior Account Manager DACH), Distribution.
  • Following distribution channel for the DACH Region.
  • Proposing and commiting to yearly budget figures to the EMEA Sales Director and the Market Managers.
  • Accountable for achieving the Budget in terms of volumes, prices and cash collection.
  • Accountable for sales forecast in coordination with sales assistant.
  • Negotiate and execute annual sales contracts with all active and potential Accounts.
  • In regular contact with Market and Business Development Managers to propose and follow development opportunities to develop new market segments and to homologate the relevant product.
  • Coordinate with Kynar team at international level for global accounts. Set up supply contracts.
  • Support on marketing and communication activities (publications, exhibitions, end-use selling…).
  • Track competition and Identify new market opportunities.
