REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven Sales Experience in call centers, telemarketing, or B2B/B2C sales (preferred).
• Fluent English communication (Additional languages like Arabic, French, or German are a plus).
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Experience in handling international customers.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, email, and online sales platforms.
• Ability to work in night shifts and flexible schedules to align with customer time zones.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in IT, SaaS, finance, real estate, e-commerce, or telecom sales.
• Knowledge of cultural and business etiquette in SINGAPORE.
• Experience working in remote or hybrid environments.
