Position: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and expand our finished goods sales operations, specifically for copper rods and copper wires. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of orders with cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s global reach.
· Responsible for sales of finished products (copper rod, copper wire).
· Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
· Coordinate with the logistics team for on-time planning and dispatch of shipments.
· Verify that all required documents are properly prepared during dispatch.
· Liaise with the quality, store, and logistics teams to ensure only quality-approved products are dispatched.
· Identify and reject non-conforming products, informing all relevant departments.
· Explore and develop new geographies and markets for copper products.
· Manage month-end and year-end closing processes for sales.
· Ensure the smooth functioning of daily sales operations.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in the sales of finished copper products.
· Strong understanding of sales planning, customer relationship management, and cross-functional coordination.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Proficiency in English.
· Knowledge of Russian language is an added advantage.
