As Sales Manager (Leisure Entertainment), you’ll be at the frontline of driving business from some of the most exciting segments in the market – luxury leisure travellers, the music scene, entertainment movers and shakers, and cultural tastemakers who want more than just a room key. This is not a desk job. It’s about energy, hustle, connections, and knowing how to turn relationships into revenue.

You’ll:

  • Lead the charge in building Aethos Shoreditch’s presence across leisure and entertainment markets, both locally and internationally.
  • Cultivate and leverage partnerships with entertainment brands, agencies, promoters, luxury leisure operators, and influencers who align with our vibe.
  • Drive strategies that feed both rooms and membership – making Aethos the London address for the cultural and entertainment world.
  • Be the voice and face of Aethos Shoreditch in the market, embodying the bold, magnetic, and slightly rebellious spirit that sets us apart.
