The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role demands a customer-focused professional with a deep understanding of low voltage Lead Acid battery products.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 1+ years of aftermarket sales experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Lead Acid battery aftermarket and products.
  • Excellent communication and business negotiation abilities.
  • Strong client relationship-building skills.
  • Negotiation and contract management experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented.
  • Good command of German and English languages.
