Responsibilities
  • Strategic AM-Sales Development: Lead and implement business development strategies for AM products, including to develop needed service support. Identify and pursue opportunities of business gaps in main and further business development in emerging markets, applications, and customer segments across EMEA.
  • AM-Sales Support & Training: Support local sales teams across EMEA with AM-products offering (product-kits for ATD-CE in; maintenance, consumables and repairs), customer visits, and technical guidance. Act together with your team of product specialists as a service expert in the field and lead training for sales teams, partners, and customers. Provide clear, consistent training materials to ensure strong product knowledge and messaging for AM sales and service.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activity not only on original attachment tools manufacturer but also on non-original attachment tools manufacturer (privates). Use these insights to adjust strategy, strengthen product positioning, and identify high-potential growth areas.
  • Product Promotion & Awareness: Plan and support local and regional product marketing efforts including exhibitions, demos, campaigns, and customer-facing events. Drive visibility and awareness of our Aftermarket offers.
  • Opportunity & sales channel Management: Maintain and track the established sales channels in the AM-sales. Forecast regional sales for the product lines and report regularly on key performance metrics and business outcomes
