Job Description Develop and manage business from travel agents, wholesalers, and corporate agents Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new agent partners Achieve sales targets through room nights, revenue, and market penetration Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, and Operations to ensure smooth booking fulfillment Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and agent performance analysis Represent the hotel at sales events, exhibitions, and networking activities Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably handling travel agents Strong knowledge of hotel products, rates, and distribution channels Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented Able to work independently and as part of a team Good command of spoken and written English Familiar with hotel systems (PMS, CRS, RFP platforms) is an advantage Professional appearance and positive attitude Job-Category: Sales & Marketing Job Type: Temporary Job Schedule: Full-Time
