Champion the Frontier Firm vision: enable customers to blend human expertise with AI agents, forming hybrid teams that drive productivity, innovation, and speed to value. Drive pipeline discipline, solution plays, and partner co-selling to accelerate AI share capture and core-business momentum. Collaborate with partners to scale execution, co-sell, and deliver industry-specific AI solutions. Capture and share customer success stories, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve offerings and strategy. Oversee business portfolio management, ensuring high-volume sales and consumption targets are met. Lead the adoption of AI-powered CRM, ERP, Copilot, and agentic solutions to transform selling, accelerate growth, and deliver personalized customer experiences. Drive continuous improvement, process redesign, and data-driven decision making to unlock the full potential of AI in sales. Solid technology-related sales or account management experience, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, or business applications. Proven track record in leading sales teams through digital and AI transformation. Deep understanding of AI, Copilot, agentic technologies, and the Frontier Firm model. Experience in solution or services sales, people management, and partner collaboration. Fluency in French and English (written and oral) is mandatory. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Visionary leadership with a passion for AI-driven business transformation. Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into customer business impact and outcomes. Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
