Al Sharqi Shipping & Logistics Co. is looking for a Sales Manager (3PL warehousing) division. This position will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and based in DIC.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

GCC experience.

Proven ability to source leads and fill warehouse capacity.

Minimum 7 to 9 years of B2B sales experience specializing in 2PL/3PL, freight forwarding, or contract logistics in the regional market.

Principle Accountabilities :

• Client Acquisition: Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B accounts across retail, e-commerce, FMCG, electronics, manufacturing, and general trading.
• Space Selling: Maintain high occupancy rates by actively selling available pallet positions, shelf space, or square footage in company warehouses.
• Solution Pitching: Present customized warehousing and value-added service solutions (e.g., co-packing, labeling, kitting, reverse logistics).
• Commercial Pricing: Calculate complex storage and handling pricing models (e.g., per-pallet-position, per-pick, inbound/outbound handling fees, or square-footage billing).
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with warehouse operations and logistics planning teams to ensure customer onboarding aligns with facility capacities and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales records, track customer leads, and update CRM reports regularly.

Competencies

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory workflows, and fulfillment operations.

• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and professional communication or presentation abilities.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
