JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manages organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meets sales monthly quota.
  • Monitors accomplishment reports with the sales team.
  • Keeps the track sales record in line and other related reports to be presented to the top management.
  • Oversees the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinates with the sales team and have pragmatic innovative plans to induce more potential clients for business opportunities.
  • Conducts strategic sales training with the sales team.
  • Motivates, counsels, shares, and bestows effective product knowledge approach for the sales team.
  • Continuously promotes the company’s products and services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduated of 4 years course with the bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Operations Management, Entrepreneurship, or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in promoting computers, laptops, servers, network equipment, software, accessories, along with other relevant IT products.
  • With satisfactory experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Above average in customer regulations management.
  • With sufficient experience in managing and directing sales team.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills (English & Tagalog).
  • Excellent in managerial and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient in any circumstance that may occur and/or as given obligatory of related work around.
  • Having clients in the Banking sector, BPO, and other related industries is a plus!
  • Preferably residing in Quezon City.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Energetic, approachable, and knows corporate ethics.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
