This is exactly where you come in: In this key position as Sales Manager / B2B Hunter (all genders), you'll be at the forefront of our growth story. While our inbound business runs smoothly, you'll be the driving force behind our active outbound expansion. You'll open doors in the B2B sector, engage in conversations on equal footing, and convince decision-makers to reset their offices to factory settings.

Your role in detail:

Outbound machine: You build a powerful pipeline and directly target decision-makers (office managers, procurement, C-level executives). You don't sell unproductive hours, but rather the result.
Value-Based Corporate Punk Selling: You directly name the pain points of potential customers (lack of quality, greenwashing, administrative friction) and present Goodworkvibes as the green, process-oriented and digital solution.
Pipeline dominance: You confidently guide leads through the entire sales cycle – from the first "maybe" to the signed contract.
Data-driven pace: Your CRM is your tactical "war room". You analyze your conversion rates and continuously optimize your performance.
Local impact: By gaining strategic new customers, you increase our property density. This directly boosts our operational efficiency and local quality.
Live tech demo: You use digital tools to show customers live how modern and transparent building management will be in 2026.

WHAT YOU BRING

Hunter mentality: You love the chase and are keen on cold calling. A "no" on the phone isn't an obstacle for you, but rather the starting point for a good conversation on equal terms.
B2B expertise: You bring sound sales experience (ideally SaaS, PropTech or B2B services) and speak to CEOs and office managers like valued colleagues over coffee.
Closing strength: You are solution-oriented rather than process-oriented, you are reliable and have the necessary drive to bring deals safely across the finish line.
Tech affinity: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Leadfeeder and CRM systems are among your standard tools.
Presence & Mobility: When a major client needs to be convinced, you don't shy away from shining through your personality on-site nationwide.
