This role is responsible for driving sales and supporting product strategy for Allianz-related investment solutions across key South-East Asian markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia.
The position focuses on supporting both Allianz Agency and Bancassurance channels through the development and execution of sales initiatives, partner training, investment seminars, and the delivery of timely market insights. It plays a key role in equipping distribution partners with the tools, content, and knowledge needed to grow sales effectively.
In addition, the role contributes to product strategy by gathering local market intelligence, identifying client needs, and aligning investment solutions with distribution models. It works closely with internal teams across Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth implementation and market relevance.
This is a regional, client-facing role suited for a sales-driven professional with strong market knowledge and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of strategic sales initiatives across key South-East Asian markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia, with a focus on driving growth for Allianz-related businesses
  • Manage end-to-end sales activities across both Allianz Agency and Bancassurance distribution channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities
  • Develop and customise comprehensive sales kits, marketing collateral, and client communication materials tailored to regional needs and product positioning
  • Deliver structured training programs, investment and product briefings, and market updates to distribution partners to ensure continuous sales capability development
  • Organise and facilitate investment seminars and client engagement events to support and drive distribution partner sales activities
  • Oversee the preparation and dissemination of daily market updates and strategic insights to distribution partners, strengthening market responsiveness and client servicing
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Product Development, Compliance, Legal, and Operations, ensuring seamless implementation of business strategies and sales enablement initiatives
  • Act as a strategic liaison between market distribution and product teams, providing insights into local customer needs, distribution models, and competitive landscapes across the region
  • Conduct comprehensive local market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning, generate sales ideas, and identify business opportunities aligned with client sales cycles
  • Leverage global investment platform resources to enhance local relevance and competitiveness of product offerings
  • Work closely with the Client & Business Management team to integrate field-level insights into ongoing product development and business planning efforts
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to align product features and value propositions with client distribution strategies, driving deeper engagement and higher sales conversion.
