Alpha is a well established Security company based in the North East of England who pride ourselves on delivering a professional service with a personal approach. Our core service is manned security guarding within the corporate sector. We are looking for someone with solid sales experience preferably in manned security to take the the company to the next level. You should have experience in the corporate sector but experience in other sectors such as Government would be advantageous.
We are looking for someone who understands the B2B sales process and able to find leads. We welcome fresh ideas on how we can grow the company.
You will need strong communications skills, a smart appearance positive attitude and a proactive approach and full clean driving licence

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a sales management role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and analysing data.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
