Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth, expand our client base, and lead a high-performing sales team-

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead & Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a sales team to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to position Altamyz as a market leader.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Metrics: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for better results.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in sales, preferably in signage, advertising, branding, or related industries.
  • Proven Track Record: Strong sales and business development experience with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to build, motivate, and lead a successful sales team.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of signage, branding, or advertising industry in the UAE is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
