JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead our sales function and drive growth within the façade and aluminum systems segment. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in façade systems, a proven record of sales success, and strong industry relationships across the GCC. This role combines business development, strategic planning, sales leadership, and technical collaboration to secure and deliver profitable projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience:
  • 8–15 years of sales experience in aluminum and façade systems.
  • Strong background in curtain walls, aluminum profiles, cladding, glazing, and structural façade elements.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and sales reporting.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per mont

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the construction value chain.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to drive performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to clients, consultants, and project decision-makers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in façade and aluminum systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (estimation, engineering, design, and project teams) to deliver optimized and tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, and drive project conversions from lead to contract.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market developments.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry exhibitions, and client networking events.
