Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Sales Manager role will contribute to AMA’s mission to revolutionize dynamic audio advertising by developing relationships with agency partners. The Sales Manager will work closely with clients, educating them on AMA’s data-driven personalization capabilities and inspiring them to leverage these innovative solutions. With an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build strong agency partnerships, this role will support AMA’s growth while delivering groundbreaking audio campaigns for major brands.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Contribute to advertising revenue growth by assisting with selling personalization for digital audio to media agencies, both directly and programmatically.
  • Educate clients on the use of data and insights to improve creative effectiveness and inform audio investment strategy, under guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaborate with agency departments such as strategy, comms planning, radio, digital, programmatic, DCO teams, buying, and branded content to support successful campaign delivery.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the digital audio landscape, programmatic buying, insights, and analytics through hands-on experience and training.
  • Assist with shaping and executing campaigns by working closely with internal creative and campaign management teams.
  • Coordinate with Engineers and 3rd Party research partners to ensure proper setup, optimization, and measurement of campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and actively engage in the digital advertising community to expand your knowledge and network.
  • Support the identification of innovative campaign delivery methods and foster collaboration across teams.
