Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to help us shape the future of dynamic audio advertising. This is a commercial role with real influence: you’ll take ownership of agency relationships, drive revenue growth and position AMA as the trusted partner for personalised audio campaigns.
You’ll bring credibility with agencies, a strong background in digital media sales and a consultative approach that helps clients see how audio can fit seamlessly into their wider media strategies. It’s a chance to make an impact in a growing business while working with innovative technology and major global brands.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Take responsibility for hitting and exceeding revenue targets, developing both new and repeat business.
  • Use existing agency and client contacts to open doors, influence decision makers and secure meaningful partnerships.
  • Lead client conversations with a consultative approach, linking AMA’s solutions to agency and brand objectives.
  • Work closely with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, sharing market insights that influence positioning and product direction.
  • Partner with strategy, planning, digital, AV and programmatic teams within agencies to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Oversee campaign execution with internal teams, ensuring delivery is smooth, optimised and measurable.
  • Act as an advocate for audio and dynamic creative, building understanding and enthusiasm among clients and agencies.
  • Support colleagues by sharing expertise and mentoring, contributing to AMA’s collaborative and growth-minded culture.
