We are seeking a Sales Manager & Closer who thrives as both a top-performing sales rep and a team coach. You’ll close deals yourself while also managing and developing a small team of setters and closers. This is a contractor role with a base retainer plus strong commissions and overrides.

• Close inbound and referral leads with integrity and high conversion.
• Run daily sales huddles and pipeline reviews.
• Coach reps via call audits, feedback, and live roleplay.
• Manage CRM hygiene and forecasting.
• Drive show-up rates, close rates, and low refund/attrition.
• Provide weekly performance reports to leadership.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ramping new reps.
