Welcome to Bosch. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Luanda, Angola. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong market presence in the region. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on sales expertise to capitalize on market opportunities and deliver exceptional results. Lead, mentor, and develop a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and organizational objectives Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions in Angola Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, KPIs, and forecasts to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and market positioning strategies Manage sales budgets, resources, and expenses while optimizing return on investment Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management Customize sales approaches and solutions to meet the unique needs of the Angolan market Recruit, train, and evaluate sales personnel to build a capable and motivated team Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives Qualifications Minimum 5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales analytics tools Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions Solid understanding of budget management and financial acumen Strong negotiation and communication skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable Experience in emerging markets or the Angola region is preferred Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in competitive environments Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset and strong time management skills Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and drive organizational change Additional Information By choice, we are committed to a diverse workforce.
