Join us as Sales Manager -Animal BioSolutions, China In this role you’ll make an impact by: Lead customer & business partners development to ensure targets in AB and account plans are met Ensure preparation of AB (in the BRM), FFs and provide input to Demand Plan (Supply Chain) and provide inputs the MTP (3-year growth plan) roadmap & implementation plan. Drive Salesforce pipeline execution and enlargement and be able to develop new sales opportunities Manage the price negotiation process to ensure that the pricing policy is followed consistently Ensure adherence to agreed performance management measures within own area of responsibility Be able to drive Key account/channel and ensure sales delivery. Pricing effectiveness and channel balance Partnership of collaborations and customer relationship management To succeed you must hold: MSc degree or above, 8+ years’ functional/technical experience in the AHN industry, preferably experience from a multinational company. Proactive and execution personality with a can-do attitude. Proven record of working in matrix environment and cross-country collaboration Good customer and channel resources in Southern China (GuangDong Province) in AHN industry Could our purpose be yours? Responsibilities
Lead customer and business partner development to meet targets and ensure effective sales delivery. Manage pricing negotiations and drive the execution of the Salesforce pipeline to develop new sales opportunities.
