Description:
ABOUT US:
Annie Aesthetic (“Annie”) is a private equity strategy focused on the medical aesthetics industry. Annie is a low-profile platform that is acquiring and operating best-in-class medical aesthetics businesses across the United States. We work alongside each of our clinics, providing financial and operational support to aid in their growth. We take an approach that optimizes for the best long-term outcomes for all parties - owners, employees, clients, and investors alike. We intentionally foster a performance-oriented, dynamic culture that values ownership, pragmatism, humility, and collaboration.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to build and lead our remote sales team from the ground up. This is a player-coach role, where you will personally drive revenue growth while hiring, training, and scaling a high-performing team. Initially, you will lead by example—closing deals, refining the sales process, and proving the model before scaling the team. If successful, this role will evolve into a larger leadership position, with the team expected to grow from two direct reports to upwards of ten within 18 months.
This is a unique opportunity to partner directly with Annie’s COO to shape the company’s sales strategy and execution. The role is fully remote, and your direct reports will also be remote, making it essential that you excel in evaluating KPIs, coaching performance, and driving accountability in a distributed team environment. We need someone who is passionate about medical aesthetics, a hands-on closer, and an inspiring leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Drive new sales by personally managing the full sales cycle.
- Recruit & Develop Top Talent: Identify, hire, and train high-performing sales reps, instilling a results-driven culture.
- Optimize Sales Process: Build and refine scripts, objection handling techniques, and best practices to ensure a scalable and repeatable sales engine.
- Performance Management: Set clear KPIs and provide ongoing coaching to maximize team performance and conversion rates.
- Strategic Sales Execution: Collaborate with leadership to define target markets and sales strategies, tailored to specific markets.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Leverage CRM tools to track pipeline metrics, analyze trends, and drive data-backed decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and clinic teams to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
